NATIONALITY
This method of obtaining nationality requires that the person reside in Spain for ten years legally, continuously and immediately prior to the request. In addition, there are cases in which the required period of residence is reduced. Contact an administrative manager, who will be able to inform you of all this.
Application for residence
Citizens of a Member State of the European Union or of a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, and family members who are not nationals of one of these States, who have legally resided in Spain for a continuous period of five years, are entitled to permanent residence.

There is no international standard on the form of wills made abroad, but most countries in the European Union have signed an agreement (Hague Convention, 1961) that allows wills made in accordance with the law of the country of residence or where the properties included in the will are located, so in general European citizens have no problems making a will in Spain.

COMMUNITY DRIVING LICENSE
Driving licences issued in any Member State of the European Union or in States Parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area in accordance with Community regulations will remain valid in Spain, under the conditions in which they were issued in their place of origin, with the exception that the age required for driving will correspond to that required to obtain the equivalent Spanish licence.
